Honestly where do I even begin.. loss prevention barely does their job. I have bought several boxed baby items that felt full but when I got home they were empty. The buttons to ‘call employees’ don’t actually work. I have waited for 45 minutes just trying to get formula before I had to walk and go get an employee. Same with any other thing that is locked up like cologne!! The wait is ridiculous. And if you go in at 8-9pm you will be lucky if you get out of there before they close. The real registers are so backed up that I was forced to use my card at a self checkout because I couldn’t wait anymore in a real line. I was standing at line 14 for 25 minutes and it didn’t move a single person. This is also one of the dirtiest Walmart’s I have ever seen. Burger king and McDonalds trash on the shelves. Half empty Gatorade’s and feminine hygiene products not put in the receptacle box in the restroom where they belong. There are at times, bodily fluids all over the toilet seats. I have even walked in on blood being on a seat. I only come to this one because its closer than Tidewater Supercenter. At this point I’d rather go to target or food lion. At least they clean properly and promptly.

I ordered some cupcakes online for a birthday party. I was a little late picking them up and the bakery was closed. I waited around for maybe 5 minutes and I asked an associate for help. She doesn't work in the bakery. I explained I was picking up and my order was paid for. She went and got my order for me. I was/am so thankful to her. Wish I had her name. The party would've sucked without those cupcakes 🧁 thank you Walmart ❤️

This Walmart is mainly small most times during early mornings, which would normally be the best time to shop then! Walmart is normally spacious, but this Walmart is super spacious and has nothing you can't miss when grocery shopping! The employees I've encountered has been super kind and it makes this a lot much more better as they also can show you and take time to help you too!

Me and another gentleman stood at the jewelry counter for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to come. It was 2pm. Plus this what the register area looked like. They called over the loud speak multiple times for an associate. Nobody came but we got to meet damn near all the worker in the store as they passed by us endlessly.

Terrible service. Probably the worst Walmart experience I’ve ever had. I went in to get only one jewelry item that I had already tried getting at two other Walmarts nearby. I asked seven different employees to help me and they left me waiting for about half an hour or told me to get someone to help. One employee at the customer service desk was not helping anyone even though there was a line. She was on her phone and ignored the customers. I don’t know if she was on her break or not, even so, she shouldn’t have been on her phone in front of customers - that’s not professional. After I got her attention, she (with a bad attitude) went over the intercom to call someone to help. I think the worst part of this situation was that, when I looked at her badge, it said Team Lead. That is not a good look for this location and honestly, Walmart. The way I was treated and how much I asked for help without getting ANY help was unacceptable. This is an oversight by the management - please hire people that want to help. Especially if they are wearing blue vests that say, “Happy to help”.
